Slim Fast Shakes can help you. Everybody looks for a "quick fix" to their body shape. But, there is no quick anything. It's something you incorporate into your life every day, and Slim Fast can get you there! Eat veggies, meat (beef, chicken, & pork), very little bread, pasta, or white rice products and if hungry between these meals, drink the shakes. Lean meat, fresh veggies, especially local farm fresh farmer's markets are the key. Chips? Say goodbye. Sugar? Kill it. Get active. Take a walk through the park. Contemplate.
