Dole frozen fruit is simply vitamin c sunshine in a bag! What can you do with do with the gold? You can make drinks with it or add to one of your favorite yogurt cups. One of the things I liked to do in my distant past was adding any of the fruit to my blender along with whey protein and some skim milk. I worked out a lot then ;) Well, whey caught on to people that liked to exercise and a big can that I would buy for small dollars shot way up. It's still up.
These days I tend to work out my arm toward margaritas, daiquiris, mimosas or raspberry bellini laced with frozen fruit; not a great path people:( but what great drinks!
I try not judge myself too harshly though. I still work out daily, eat healthy and try to incorporate Dole frozen fruit into my diet. Dole makes it easy!

Of course, you don't even have to worry about putting together a smoothie yourself, just get Dole's idea of what a smoothie should be, but I believe you can do it better with your blender!
