Brownberry bread, like a lot of bread products, take a beating these days with people putting the bread on their hit list of bad things to eat. Not me. I like a little bread toasted, perhaps peanut buttered, even honeyed and certainly cheesed and criminally stuffed with lunch meat. I don't believe bread is going away anytime soon, especially when I view loaded store shelves and the lunch meat that lurks in the background, crying to be surrounded by bread, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced cheese and quality buns!
