Daisy Sour Cream
(Plus Some Great Cottage Cheese:)

Daisy sour cream is a simply thick, spreadable topping that my father in law claims in his young farm work years, they (with what he proclaimed was the initial, original product) fed it to the pigs. He won't eat sour cream. Ha! Ha! God bless him!

I like sour cream. There's roughly three sour cream products that I think are worthy, in this space and in this time (2019). Those are Dean's (represented already on Food Run Fix), Kemp's, a very good out of state company based in St. Paul, Minnesota, and Daisy sour cream. All three are rich and thick. Unfortunately, I can't add Kemps right now. I'd love to. That's a quality sour cream. (Note to Kemps, If You're Reading: I can't add you as a sellable product unless I have some images and descriptions) Just saying.

Food Run Fix opts for heavy sour cream; after all, if you're going to eat sour cream, why not go full bore?
