Maries Salad Dressing
Maries Salad Dressing, I have to admit, is a delicacy I have had the opportunity to try, but haven't. As I get older, I try to tell myself to make me try food items that my penny pinching mind won't allow me to. After all, there are two very distinct truths: One: "You can't take it with you." Two: "You only live once."
I believe Maries (forgive my lack of an apostrophe; my web builder seems to hate them) to be a special item because somebody thought to keep it in the refrigerated area, close to the lettuce and all manner of vegetables, ready for dipping or perhaps a giant chef salad! To me, that makes it special somehow. Or just darned good marketing!
My eyes are always drawn to those cold jars.....Next shopping trip; I'm going to get some!
