Ortega Tacos
Ortega Tacos: there's nothing better or more recognizable as you walk down the grocery isle looking for something tasty in the Mex-American way, with the very familiar blue box color stuffed with some real sweet hard taco shells, soft taco kits, and sauce/salsa! Sometimes I just have to have that crunch doused with all of my favorite toppings. It's a craving, man and Ortega delivers :)

Taco Sauce, Salsa & Seasoning
Ortega is personally one of my favorites when it comes to the brand's taco sauce and salsa! This stuff is awesome on tacos & burritos. I also use the sauce and salsa on scrambled egg wraps, but that's another story!

As a topping for Ortega tacos, I stand by sour cream, but only good quality sour cream and especially if it's augmented with some serious stir in that infuses it with taste that will knock your socks off! Hidden Valley dips does just that. Just add one pack to a 16-ounce tub of Kemps sour cream and mix well. Congrats, you just turned plain sour cream into a gourmet topping!

As for the meat, I reiterate what I said about the two different types of ground beef to use (See Old El Paso Tacos). You don't have to stick with ground beef, though. Other options are fish, ground turkey, or ground chicken.
