Peps Drafthaus pizza is a solid frozen disc! The pizza has a kind of barroom thug feel and why not? Have a few beers, eat some crispy pizza that's bar toasted (it's the best) and scan the crowd for some babes that might share some cheesy crust with you! It's not creepy, it's just, well it's just a shared food joy (and that's quite alright!).

Peps Drafthaus frozen pizza is Wisconsin. The guy that this brand is based on is Joseph “Pep” Simek, God bless him. He was only the CEO of Tombstone Pizza, for crying out loud :) Wisconsin born and bred. Did you know he was from Ogema? The town is in northcentral Wisconsin and truly beautiful with miles of trails, forests and lakes.
Pep was a bartender at the "Tombstone Tavern" in Medford, right across from a cemetery. That's where he crafted, created and brand named his pizzas. Greatness was born in 1962 and the sick conglomerate crazy Kraft eventually grabbed everything. Go figure.
Kraft sold the brand to Nestlé and I'm hearing the pizza doesn't taste quite the same as it once did. That's what happens when you cut corners to save a dollar.
Trying to find out who even remembers the taste of Pep's original Tombstone creation or who made it (time fades) is like trying to hold onto a tiger's tail; it doesn't matter.
What does matter is realizing the incredible power and energy flowing and rolling out of Wisconsin with Pep's. Food talent pours and simply drips from Wisconsin in Green Bay, WI with Hansen Foods;) That's where they make Peps Drafthaus pizza. Circle coming around much?
