Pillsbury Biscuits brings my father (whom I've mentioned various times on Food Run Fix) to mind because he was a big breakfast guy and he loved his biscuits, especially with sunny side up eggs, particularly with his hamburger or sausage gravy and absolutely with scrambled. Add hash browns or fried potatoes and he was in food heaven.
Roy was a southern man type cook. I learned to carefully handle an egg, cook a pot of beans, add ham chunks or bacon to it, bake corn bread, fry sliced red potatoes, make gravy with biscuits & any other dish he could pass on. He didn't know I was watching at eleven years old, but I was.
This page and all products are in honor of my late father, Roy & his love for Pillsbury Biscuits :)

One of the easiest baked dishes you can throw together involves Pillsbury biscuits, chicken breasts & Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup. It's something I've made many a time. It's filling, delicious, has plenty of protein and has that crusty biscuit topping which makes it what it is. You don't have to use Cream of Mushroom though. You can use Cream of Chicken soup. You can also put vegetables in there for a pot pie kind of vibe.
I like to cook the chicken first (you can cube, shred or just add the breasts whole) then add to a standard 9 x 13 glassware dish. Dump in the Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or Campbell's Cream of Chicken. Scrape all that out with a spatula. Don't add milk. Add the soup straight. Mix it & heat it up at 400 degrees until it's bubbly. Bring it out, stir and put it back in again until it's heated through. Bring it out and add your biscuits of choice layered over the top and toss it back in for 14 to 17 minutes. Keep an eye on it. When the biscuits are brown you are golden! It's some good eating! Crusty Pillsbury biscuits & Campbell's soup; you can't go wrong. I buy extra biscuits and soup because you can always use them with other meals anytime!

Ordering:
With inflation running amok with food, fuel and everything else resembling one of those heart monitors; zig, zag, up then down, I really stand on "real time pricing". What is "real time pricing"? It means I'm actually in the store calculating true prices on your order.
That's right, a real human being making it happen for you. Prices you see on Food Run Fix are close estimates and not guaranteed to be absolute because they change every day, so I have to comb the grocery lanes, see what they got, see the prices, pick the products and give you the shout out! Just like if you were shopping yourself. Simply add your items to the cart.
Paying:
Don't pay anything, regardless of what you see in the cart until I send you the actual invoiced bill of the real time prices, sales tax and my delivery fee, right from the store. You also get the receipt; everything is open and upfront.
Lastly, remember that I am working for you! If there is anything you need to change last minute, you have my number (608) 895-6188 and emails, rex@foodrunfix.com or burgess_rex@yahoo.com. No worries ;)
