Prairie Farms ice cream is outstanding! As a true consumer of this creamy frozen treat, I alternatively want to severely beat (kidding) whoever invented ice cream and also praise and hug them while I search for a big spoon! Hello spoon!?! Where are you?

Raging out of Edwardsville, Illinois (south of Springfield); one of the best organizations coming out of broken, bankrupt Illinois), Prairie Farms is the epitome of a great dairy practice and an abundance of ice cream products which Food Run Fix is very happy to present here! Kindness, quality & some very decent people are Prairie Farms. The only problem that I can see about their business? They are not in Wisconsin, (like they naturally should be). If a dairy idealist can dream...
I can visualize the dieticians screaming against ice cream until their blue veins start popping to skin level in their faces, but you know what? They are out of a job if they don't try, dairy folks are done if they don't work and promote, and morticians will always be busy (cue a sick & grinning smile).
Take in all with a grain of salt. You only live once in your body, so enjoy some great ice cream!
